the world class biking and hiking trails of the brush creek drainage are literally just down the street, and everything else crested butte has to offer is just a short drive from the buckhorn ranch retreat- 35 minutes from the gunnison airport, 15 minutes from the mt Crested Butte Ski Area, and under 10 minutes to Downtown C.B.

parking for 3 vehicles available in a private driveway and/or garage STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED WITHIN THE BUCKHORN SUBDIVISION.
buckhorn ranch is a residential neighborhood, guests will be expected to be respectful of neighbors and neighboring properties The Buckhorn Ranch HOA reserves the right to fine individuals in breach of trespassing, parking, and quiet hours (9pm-8am) rules.
early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
crested butte is a resort town, please note that when the crested butte mountain resort shuts down for the spring shoulder season, and again in the fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year.
